Will anyone be able to tell?
Unless you tell them, almost certainly not. The hair is real human hair matched to your color, texture and density, on a base that mimics your scalp, so the hairline and part look like they grow from your head. Most of our clients go months before anyone thinks to ask, and the ones who notice usually just say you look well.
Does it come off in the shower or at the gym?
No. It is attached and stays on until your next maintenance visit. You shower in it, sleep in it, swim in it, and work out in it. We have clients who have jumped out of airplanes wearing theirs, which tends to end the question.
Do you have to shave my head?
Usually no. In most cases we blend the system into the hair you still have. If very little is left, or you want the closest possible fit, we may suggest trimming a small area. That is discussed with you first, and your comfort comes before our preference.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
A custom system is typically ready in about two weeks. Cost depends on the hair, the base, and how much coverage you need, so we give you an exact price in writing at your free consultation rather than a number that turns out to be wrong. There is no membership and no contract attached to it.
