Sean has been an Image Consultant and Customer Service Manager at National Hair Centers since 1998. Prior to that, he had been an NHC client for many years — giving him a unique perspective on what clients experience and need.
With more than 25 years of customer service experience, Sean is dedicated to addressing every client concern and acting as a true client advocate. He specializes in keeping clients up to date with the latest advancements in hair restoration and genuinely enjoys making a difference in people's lives.

Get to Know Sean
I started at NHC as a client first. I was losing my hair at 22 years old and had been going to Hair Club for Men, but I wasn't satisfied with the results. My brother Tom was already an NHC client, so I made the switch and never looked back. I've now been employed at NHC for 23 years, serving in roles including Customer Service Manager, Lead Consultant, and Finance Manager. Today, I'm proud to be an owner and partner.
I love giving people their confidence back. I remember the frustration of losing my hair when I was otherwise healthy. Once I got my hair back, everything else fell into place. That's what I get to do for our clients every day — help them feel like themselves again.
We're truly a one-stop shop. We have transplant candidates, hair system candidates, and we have a certified Trichologist on staff for clients who want to keep and improve the hair they still have. Whatever the challenge, we have the expertise and solutions to address it.

We're widening our scope into Trichology — the study of diseases and problems related to the hair and scalp. This allows us to serve an even broader range of clients and provide comprehensive solutions for every type of hair and scalp concern.
