Sean has been an Image Consultant and Customer Service Manager since 1998. Prior to that, he had been an NHC client for many years. With over 25 years of customer service experience, Sean specializes in addressing and overseeing concerns of clients to resolution. Sean acts as a client advocate and ensures that all existing clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction possible.

Sean is dedicated to keeping our existing clients up to date with all the latest technological advancements in hair restoration to ensure they always look their best. Sean enjoys making a difference in the lives of the NHC clientele. He works hard, and it shows in his daily efforts at NHC. Sean is an integral part of our team.

How and when did you get started at National Hair Centers?

I started with NHC originally as a client after being dissatisfied with my time at Hair Club. I started losing my hair at age 22 and by age 25 decided to look into hair replacement. My brother Tom who is now one of the co-owners with me at NHC was an NHC client and very happy with the way they treated him so I made the move to NHC based on his recommendation. I have been employed with NHC for approximately 23 years and have served as the customer service manager, lead consultant, finance manager and now owner/partner.

What do you love most about what you do?

What do I love most about what we do? I love that we are able to give people their confidence back. I remember the frustration of not being able to solve or cure all the issues that losing my hair was causing me. I was a healthy, had a great job, great friends, had a great diet but could do nothing about losing my hair and my own confidence took a major hit. Getting my hair back putting back on track for everything else in my life.

What kind of challenging hair problems has NHC been able to address?

NHC is basically a one stop shop for anyone experiencing hair loss. If someone comes in and is a good candidate for a hair transplant we can do that, if they are like me, and not a good candidate for hair transplant and a state of the art hair system is the answer, we can do that. If someone is just starting to lose their hair we have a certified Trichologist that may be able to help them keep or improve what hair they have.

What would you say to a hair system candidate who is concerned people will know they are wearing one?

NHC carries state-of-the-art hair replacement options and we have the very best in the business, hair designer in Kelly Bryan who can help insure that the hair system will be both age appropriate and undetectable (both go hand in hand).

What about current hair styles, can you give a client the freshest new look, or are they required to choose from a selection of pre-styled systems?

We can pretty much deliver any current hair style and base our order process on what the client is looking for look wise. We do not offer or have anything pre-styled such as old fashioned wigs as all of our hair systems are ordered or tailored to each individual’s needs.

How do today’s hair systems differ from even 15 to 20 years ago?

Like every other field, new technology in hair replacement allows our clients to have the latest non-detectable hair systems that really make the hair look like it is truly growing from their head. Older technology often required those with hair replacement to always have to worry about the front of the system having a hard line that required them to wear their hair down on their face or in a bang. Not so any longer!

What is next for National Hair Centers?

NHC is looking to widen our scope into Trichology which is the study of diseases or problems related to hair and scalp problems. This will allow NHC to offer products and services that will be able to help those with hair loss that may not need a hair transplant or hair piece but want to identify hair loss issues early on in hopes of avoiding those services.
