Only time I’ve felt compelled to write an online review. Amazing customer experience. The team treated me so well during the surgery and everyone was interesting and fun and kind. They’ve treated me right post-op with free haircuts and red light therapy. The personalities of the team speak to the strong character of the owners. This is the place to go for a hair transplant, and the price was 10%-15% less than the big name competitor’s quote.

I have been to many hair centers in Middle East and US. From my experience they are the best in the valley in terms of quality of service and customer service.

Hello, so this is my second procedure but my first with National Hair Centers here is Phoenix. I chose NHC because of my first consultation with Gene, he was so down to earth, super friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. This was a no pressure meeting. Other places that I checked out did not have that same comfort. He described options and where I would like to be in terms of cost. Just prior to my procedure I was contacted by Dina, she, like Gene, was super friendly. On the day of the procedure I was met by Shawn, super nice guy, he took pictures and introduced me to the team. Ok so the doctor, Sumit Dewanjee was very cool, he made me feel at ease instantly, talked to me about the procedure, my expectations and where I would like coverage after that Dina again explained everything and prepped me. The entire time I felt like I was in great hands even had a few laughs. It was a very upbeat experience, they constantly made sure I was comfortable and wasn't in any discomfort. All and all I couldn't be happier. Although this procedure lasted quite a long time, it actually flew by. Kudos to the staff, a special thanks to Dina and Sumit.

I’ve been a National Hair Center customer for over a year now, previously a customer of Hair Club for 16 years and I’m so glad I made the change to National Hair Centers. National Hair Center’s customer is number one whereas Hair Club corporate profits are first! I’m only mad at myself for not making the change sooner.

What can I say about this place? 🤔 well first of all I did my research and visited probably 4 different places that offer this services 2 in Albuquerque NM, 1 in Texas and Colorado. Which neither of them convince me to get a hair transplant with them.. Then we decided to give National Hair Center and oh man from the moment they answered the phone to the moment I walked out of their facility with surgery done! They are Educated, polite, knowledgeable, very welcoming stuff and doctors!!! You can tell the stuff also get alone which makes you feel comfortable plus seem like they're enjoying their work...I I'm really really happy with the results and will recommend them with everyone I know that wants to a hair transplant....thanks you!!!!!

I recently had a consultation on my hair loss with Gene Gasper at National Hair Centers. Beautiful office and treatment center, friendly staff and professional consultations. Gene is very knowledgeable in the biology of hair loss and the medical treatments/procedures to prevent or control hair loss. There was no pressure to go straight to expensive hair transplants. This was a great experience as I had a lot of questions about what works and what doesn’t and what my next steps should be. I left with a plan, an improved understanding and a better feeling about keeping my hair healthy.

Gene and his team are amazing. It’s been 4 months since my hair transplant and I am blown away as I have a full head of hair already! From the minute I walked into there office I was treated first class and the nurses and doctor made the experience so comfortable. This was not my first hair transplant as I had one several years back with one of the biggest companies in the business and I can say that National Hair Centers was by far the best experience and gave me the best results.
